As we are growing fast we are looking for people who can manage the clients and SEO Resellers we are working with. As an account manager you are someone who wants to directly interface with clients and be the bridge between us and them. You will be in contact with clients who expect amazing SEO work from us and you will build relationships with your clients (some will be really nice, but there will always a couple gremlins that are mean). Even though the technical term is an "account manager", we see it as a "relationship officer with web savvy skills". And if you also know a couple catch phrases of Star Wars or famous TV shows that you can share with your co-workers and clients, even better! But that's just for bonus points.
A portfolio of clients will assigned to you and your primary objective is to keep them happy and "WOW" them so they will stay onboard as a client and never want to leave. A lot of your time will be to build a relationship with them, keeping clients updated on SEO trends (don't worry, we'll teach you those), solve any problems they might ask you, and having regular calls with them about the latest scandal of a celebrity and of course their SEO rankings.
It is also expected that you're agile enough to adept to daily changing priorities. It's not uncommon that plans get shaken throughout the day and priorities get shifted. If you are someone who likes to stick routine work, this is not the right gig for you.
